How did dealer test for bad clutch??? (archive)

For those who have had the dealer put a new clutch, how did they test it?

Mine only slips with a car full of people and a hard launch. I'm sure if I did that 10 or 20 more times I could intentionally fry it, but just wondering if the service rep is going to drive it down the street and give it a little gas and say "it's fine...".
