They'll change the tranny and differential fluids, and otherwise give the car a good going-over. M5_ZZT - if you got your oil changed, the dealer did it out of the goodness of their heart, or you paid for it, as it's not part of the scheduled service. Continue to drive as if still in the break-in mode until you've had the service done, but otherwise, you shouldn't have any problems.
