San Diego group is meeting up with the LA group at Balboa Park. We will merge up with the SD & LA groups on 101 as they drive by. Kinda kewl? Cell phone or Motorola FRS (two way radios) will be used to communicate with them and get the merge smoothly. According to their travel plan, I estimate their arrival to the intersection of 101 and 23 at around 9:00 am. More precise timing later.
