The only real difference besides those nice Euro options (i.e. TV) that we can't get here is that the Euro M5 has floating rotors (all other suspension components are the same), just like the E36 and E46 M3s do. There is NO difference in performance or power. The 410hp vs 400hp is due to DIN vs SAE conversion. Also, the only tranny option is a 6-speed gearbox, there is no auto, no steptronic and no SMG available for the M5.
