$1,500 will buy you a NOS system which will get the Supra down into the 11s :) Otherwise -- no way. To turn in sub-12s on stock turbos, you need wheels & tires ($1500), exhaust ($800), intake ($300), boost controller ($400), downpipe ($300), and FMIC ($1200).
