It is really only appropriate upon entering a high speed turn that you maintain full throttle through. A little bit of left foot braking while maintaing full throttle transfers weight to the front wheels affording a better turn-in.

This is really only appropriate for race tracks.

Turn one at Mid Ohio is a good example.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I've had emails from rally drivers who say they do it. Some guys who drive in heavy traffic all day have told me they LFB. Off topic but a lot of guys who drive offroad emailed that they LFB

By the way, John have you ever left foot braked on a race track?
