Guess what, the consistent numbers are 4.7 for the M5, and 5.0-5.2 for the CLK 55. You might want to read the April issue of Motor Trend ( M5 vs. CLK 55 vs. others) Actually, you may not want to read it!!
Don't waste your time racing an M5. You're at a distinct disadvantage. Better yet, go race a Boxster, or a 540i. Leave us M5'ers to go after some serious challenges, i.e. the C5s vettes, F355s, Carreras
