Me too. Tire defect sign came on two weeks after I took delivery of the car. Brought the car back to the dealer that same day. Technician checked the tires, said nothing was wrong, and then re-set the monitor.

Then, last saturday evening, the tire defect light signalled again. Thought it was a monitor malfunction, but then stopped the car to check the tires. Rear right tire showed only 20 pounds of pressure. Will take the car back to the dealer for tire service.

Guess the monitor really works. For safety's sake, better check your tire pressure every time the signal comes on.
