Something tells me this is in Germany, anyway, where it wouldn't have to deal with our federal laws, but a whole bunch of others besides. First, euro-style plate and holder; second, "bell licht" license plate; third, overabundance of denim among onlookers.

Seems to me this car would have a lot of travelling to do before it even got a chance to do battle with me on I-280.
