I currently drive a 99 MZ3 with 28,000 kms. I have an opportunity to purchase a 2000 M5 with 26,000 kms. The M5 will cost me 87,000 CAD and they are giving me 44,000 for my car. A difference of 43,000. Is this a fair price for a 2000 M5?

By the way, my car is Imola Red / Black and the M5 is Black / Black with the dark wood trim.
