Recently saw some M5's being clocked 0-60.... (archive)

There were 3 cars with 3 race drivers(don't know who), but they were clocked between 3.9 and 4.1 seconds. This all went on behind a Bay Area shop with an actual trap, etc. One of the tech guys said the e39 M5 has around 450hp. I didn't know that BMW under-rated their cars that much. Keep in mind these are stock cars, no chip or anything with some of the fastest shifting I've seen. Can anyone on this board confirm/deny what I saw because I honestly didn't think M5's were that fast.
