Yes, their ok. As for "service", what do you mean? They will sell you the car straightforward, but I can't see you needing to go back to them for anything else. They move quite a few highline cars.

Out of curiosity, have you looked at used M5's? What have you found for an '00 with 14k miles? (I'm thinking of selling)
