Hi Matt,

Sorry to hear about your shifting faux paus. I had the unfortunate experience of having a friend commit a similar feat in a 911 Carrera I owned. I too, was able to limp home albiet with great difficulty. The end result was bent valves and broken rocker arms. I also suffered mainshaft damage to the gearbox, so I suggest you have the drain plug pulled to see if there is any evidence of damage( metal pieces on the drain plug if magnetic)That stunt cost my friend $$$$$. I feel your pain. Good luck!
