You need to confirm what options are included. That can affect MSRP by a couple of thousand $.
Is this a new 2001 m5?
What's the residual assumption at expiration?
Do you have purchase option?
There are a lot of factors that go into determining the effective interest rate.

Go to Virtual Center at www.bmwusa.com and build the car with the options you want, then on the financing screen, play with the various financing options. Call some banks and credit unions to compare terms.
