Most of the parts used in the kit are BMW original parts. the video module, which is the "heart" of the system, is a BMW part but I update the software on it to remove the picture lock while the car is in motion (for off-road and passenger use) - many people responded that it is stupid for the driver to whatch TV while driving. I agree to that 100% and must say again that it is for passenger use.

the harnesses are BMW harnesses, and the antenna is a german diversity antenna made by phillips. I have made the antenna separate and did not use the original antenna setup to allow more flexibility in such cars like the X5 or convertibles - the antenna can go on the windshield (330ci) or on the left rear glass(x5)

the DVD and VCR are after-market parts.
