I think your question should have been, can a flat on an M5 be repaired? The answer to that is, not likely. All of the new M Models come with a "M Mobility Kit". Basically it is an air compressor that also has a canister of "fix a flat". You fill your tire up with this goo and it might seal a small leak. Not sure if I would ever trust it. Also, you better pray that you don't blow out the sidewall because the goo can't fix that.

just wondering if an m5 can get a flat. i have an '01 m5 but noticed it came with no spare. bmw told me something about roadside assistance...but this still does not answer my Q.
