If you live in California and are willing to leave the car overseas for 91 days from the date of acceptance, you will not have to pay sales tax. At 8.25 percent and an $80,000 deal (+10% over sticker) you'll save 6600 bucks. That equals several fine trips to the land where people actually pay attention to what they're doing when they drive and the rev limiter can be found (relatively) safely.
