Love the posts below. M 5 owners on this site seem to be the most all knowing folks in the world...have a little tolerance for someone trying to earn a living. People pay what the market will bear. $76,000 in some market is not off by that much even for what was descibed. Free market enterprise is what this country is about, fellas
