Several points to indicate fraud besides the ridiculously low prices:

1) No secruity on order forms. Nobody reputable business would do this.
2) Odd that a UK company is based in Thailand..
3) They mispell their own name in various places.
4) Require large fee up front.
5) Search on the web shows no business by that name.
6) If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
