Where to find M5 at MSRP? (archive)

I am looking to buy a 2002 M5. However, I am located in Southern California. I don't want to pay the markup where most CA dealers are asking. So does any one know any dealer close to CA that sells M5 at MSRP? I don't mind waiting for couple months. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
