Thats a little bit of a stretch and a weak case as well. Aside from the technicalities, this is pure bullshit. I doubt Mark took the shifter at all, and if so BY ACCIDENT, I'm sure it would be returned. The guy obviously has enough money to not steal upgrades :) and someone of his stature has too much too lose over $250!
