and a crime has occurred, theft, then call the police file a report and give them the evidence to pursue the person thenselves. If you hadn't paid for the Items yet, then it's not your problem, it's whoever you ordered it from. This isn't the "America's Most Wanted" board. If you truly have some kind of evidence and you're not just blowing smoke because you truly DON'T know who took it, then call the authorities. Too many folks like to bad mouth people on these boards for one stupid reason or another, don't promote it. You look like a jackass. And If this person did take it, he either has a problem or did it by mistake or whatever, but to air it publicly is bad form until the real story comes about. Maybe a good intention, but shitty execution.

You probably dont remember me but you met me at the BMW dealer parts counter. I ordered a UUC shifter for my M5. when i turned my back it was gone! you were the only one there. The parts counter rewinded the video on their survuilance cameras and it was you we saw take the shifter. Either you kindly go back to the dealer and return it or i will press charges. I have proof. Please do the right thing and return the shifter.
