Dealers were just told by their reps. Third month of production (November 2001) the M5 will also be getting SMG II. Don't believe me call your dealer if He or She is unclear than tell them to call port or speak with their factory rep. My dealer made a point to call me and has accepted my order for a 02 M5 with SMG II to be built about December of 2001

CALL YOUR DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
