that you can either buy his spot or keep looking for a spot (which will require a 10-15K markup if it is an immediate opening or one shows up on lot).

He probably has a 1K deposit. Buy his for 1.5K or 2k or.....

Or maybe that is not what he is saying.

That's all well and good, but the point is you can get an M5 with little waiting for MSRP in most places in the country...so...10-15k over MSRP is only for the stupid or the ignorant and even paying a few thousand over for a spot is almost as stupid.
