fact: this will not help a new car shortage. this is a new car, and there are others waiting in line to purchase it. only bmw (by production) or buyers' disinterest can help that.

statement: this "premium" will attract other "sellers" into the region "in need" as seller arrives the premium decreases and the market overall reaches an "equilibrum level".
fact: the only seller of this new car is bmw and their dealers.

fact: because it's wrong.
