It's worth around 60k. Logic should tell us that it should not drop to the level of a 540i sport, and at 55k thats where you are. If the car is perfect there is nothing wrong with some miles. I would rather buy this car than one that has sat 2 years with 1000 miles. The latter car could prove to be a serious problem. Cars that are not driven deteriorate.

local dealer has a very nice, un-hit, optioned, blk/blk 2000 but it has 31K miles. I would probably drive it 12K miles/year at most. What do you guys think it is worth? Would you buy it at all?
