As a 10 year employee of Performance, I am more than offended by your comments and the implication that "perhaps" I do not know anything about the automotive business or customer service.
If you are not interested in the M5, so be it. I do not think that anyone has twisted your arm to drag you into the dealership.
In addition, full disclosure of the paint situation has been made to every person that I have spoken to about this vehicle.
And, kind sir, you don't buy an M5 for paint. One well placed bug at 100+ and it just doesn't matter anymore.
Enjoy your relationship with any dealership you may chose, and my client list for the last 10 years will continue to return to both Performance and to me.
Have an average life.
