The price your dealer gave you is absolutely horrendous! (sp?). You can get a very good subwoofer from any car audio store for under $200. My advice is to buy a good sub from a reputable car audio store and since you already have the sub enclosure, amp and signal , all you have to do is plug and play. It should be very easy to remove your old one (a couple of screws and the speaker wire) and replace it with the new one. Make sure you go to a professional car audio store! The bad ones will try and tell you that aftermarket speakers wont work in "your situation" and they will try and sell you a bunch of other stuff to make it work. All you need is one sub. If they tell you differently than find another store.
