Although I didn't personally drive Viper before, I would keep Viper if you plan to have two or more cars. If you want your car as commuter/weekend toy hybrid, M5 would be a nice choice.
There are a lot of faster and better-handling cars out there, but the balance of power, luxury and comfort is no match for M5.
No, I should not say that. Probably S8 and S6 Avant gives you the same, too. - I am a very very pro-Audi person :)

Guys,

I have a Viper GTS, had an NSX and M Roadster before it. I'm really considering replacing the Viper with an M5 (I decided against M3). Anyway, what was your car before the M5 and do you recommend me doing it. Also, any pictures of stock imola red and carbon black would be nice. Actually Avus blue is too... Come to think of it, a source with plenty of pictures would be great.
