I'm going with a lease, but through the bank - they use a "heavy equipment" type lease w/ $1 buyout at end, essentially it is a loan at 6.15% (before Fed Rate cut), but I get to expense it as a lease through my business. I like this option because you don't have to worry about mileage or anything else. Of course you have higher payments, but I'm selling my '98 540ia and putting money into M5 (which is "enroute" now). Normal leases are always more expensive than buying outright or financing on your own. Only advantage to normal lease is lower payments... but the NPV is not good....
