Putting $7500 down on a lease is not a clever move. If something happens to your car such as it getting stolen, you lose your down payment. There is currently a BMW incentive dealer cash of $2500 for 540automatic and $4000 for 540 Manaul. What is your negotiated capitalized cost? Your lease figure sounds quite high.
