Several suggestions. The M5 probably leases for around $1300 a month. Apparently, it has a bad residual, because it is assumed by BMW Financial that you will beat the car. I haven't. Yet.

Nevertheless, the only reason why should put a big down payment is because of bad credit. Otherwise, your walkaway payment should be first month plus security if requested.

Shop the lease is another way to do it. BMW Financial gives very good rates, some dealers don't like BMW Financial. Chase has the best residuals and money factor. Try them out.
