I absolutely agree. I bought my wife a Land Rover. They couldn't do enough. Vancouver Auto where I bought my car ('01 Carbon Black) gives you a ride to work in freakin' minivan and you're on the hook to get back. If the minivan is busy they call a cab and you pay. My M5 ate a ton of oil on break in. They never mentioned it and when I had a heart attack when the check oil light came on and I was down a quart and a half they could not have cared less.

They half ass wash your car and add acouple of more scratches and they wonder why you're always pissed off. They have the least intuitive mechanics I have ever met. If the "computer" can't find a problem to them it doesn't exist. They hate modified Bimmers and most of them drive Japanese.
