Beat this... i did not even have to own one yet (as in collect it) and i already have bad service e.g. dealer leaves Identity card at the receptionist than give it back personally (as compared to a subaru dealer who came to the house and collect and return). Nextly, he calls me up in the early hours like 8am to tell me the car is ready but i have to go travel my butt 30 mins away to a showroom further than the two nearest to my home and not only that, to send down my other car i am trading in. Why? cause he has classes going on there (some new 7 series training) and i am to meet him at 6pm as that is when his lessons end.

Worse of all, they act snobbish , as if they own the company. Why choose a BM? cause Merc quality have disappointed me for the past 3 cars (W220 and the one before it and also the E-class round lights one) and i have been getting bad reviews from friends with jags.

Just hope that any BMW salesman that acts snobbish and is reading this, GET IT STRAIGHT! You ARE the salesman! Whom shall have GOOD CUSTOMER SKILLS!

Till the day these wanna be snobs can buy a BMW like the people they serve, they should all stop trying to put on fake airs and stick their noses too high up.

By the way.. in my country, a BMW 530iA That i am getting is worth an equivalent of USD$145K. (this is standard without any options what so ever)

Sorry if i have to bitch so much but i have never had such terrible sales service for a branded item.
