I use their performance parts, but have received some really bad service from them. I started using them for service in 1995 and they were great. But things seems to have changed for me about 2 years ago and I started receiving bad service from them. For example, I told them not to check the break pads, but they did anyways. The mechanic checked the rear by bending the dust sheild back, and then forgot to bend it back in place (this is NOT how you check pad wear). Other things like telling me it would be ready at 5pm, then keeping it for another day with NO phone call. This one cost me a taxi ride.

I will say that their performance parts are high quality though. Use them!

Anyone out there have any of the Dinan E39 M5 modifications? Anyone out there use Dinan for service? I heard a lot of great things about them, but I stopped by last week to have them look at something on my M5 and had a really negative experience.
