That is very interesting news. From what I gathered, with rare exceptions, BMW dealers and services suck the BIG ONE all over the world. They must have this special "abuse all customer training" for their stuckup BMW employees or something. My wife also drives a Lexus and she won't consider a bimmer for this very reason. As soon as Lexus or any other Luxury brands can get their car to drive as nice as my E39, BMW will lost market share so fast the ensueing vaccum will such out their eye balls. Beside, have you guys seem the new 5s? They are so UGLY BMW will drive itself out of business. So, GET YOUR M5 now!
