Go to www.BMWM5.com and search on this topic. People there have reported rubbing with the stock wheels and suspension. I think it's related to the load (people in car) and hard cornering. From what they say, you can roll the fenders and then it will be fine. But you'll need to keep an eye on it and take action when it starts to rub.
