No, the sales guy's name was Kip. An older white guy. It's got 13,800 miles and I got it for $147,700.
or the white kid with the lazy eye? they let me test drive a black m5 there in august.
I can't believe it all happened so fast. I saw a '98 550 Maranello on ebay and it was advertised by Los Gatos Automall. Only 3 miles from my house so I decided to go check it out on my lunch hour. I drove up in my XKR Silverstone and started to talk to the sales guy about the Ferrari. He let me test drive the 550 and I was hooked. I got it up to almost 120mph and I was still in 4th gear. He said he would make a deal and take both the Jag and BMW and I would have to come up with a little cash. But in the end I couldn't part with the M5 so I just traded the XKR in and now I've got to come up with lot's of cash to make up the difference. It was so weird driving the M5 after the Ferrari. The clutch on the BMW felt like butter and the steering reminded me of driving my father in laws Caprice classic. (ha ha) Anyway, I'll take some pictures this weekend and post them. Thanks for the feedback I got.
