Call Keith Kruiser (I think that's the name) at Pacific BMW in Glendale, CA. He's the only guy I know who really knows the ins and outs of Individual. If he can't do it, nobody can. The other option is to arrange it through Canada, where BMW Individual is officially offered.


I'm in love with the idea of a chestnut metallic M5 with Arizona Sun maple and cream white leather, but I've heard rumors that BMW dealers in the US refuse to order cars from BMW Individual. Is this true, and if so, how do I get around it? I have to spec out my car in the next couple weeks, so I want to find this out now while there's still a little time.
