List of q's to help me purchase an M5, please HELP (archive)

Hey guys, this is my situation. I was looking to purchase a 2002-2001 M3, but am leaning towards an M5 now because price similarities and the M5 is the SH*!.

This is what I really want, but am not sure if I can get it.

2000 M5 w/ 35KMi or under.

Will love to get LeMans w/ two-tone BLUE & BLACK leather.(is the color option available for 2000?)
Don't really want NAV or any type of AUDIO upgrades because will go aftermarket.
What options are available for the M5 in 2000 (cold weather, sport, etc.), or does everything come standard?
And what problems are common w/ the M5's? Is there more than normal service requirements?
Please help guys! And sorry for all the q's but really want to get an M5, but don't know sh*! about the car!
