Value is somewhere in the high $50k to low $60k, depending on how nice the car is. Make an offer of $59k and go from there. Of course, if you're in the SF Bay Area (or No. CA for that matter), the value might be a little bit higher due to the demand here.

But I want to make an offer. Silver 00 M5 21,000 black nappa interior, miles, all options including phone, new tires, certified to 100,000 only mark on the car is on back passenger side rim other than that the car is perfect. Dealer is asking $78,000 I don't think it's worth any more that 60k am I way off.
