I am in the following position. I live in a condo\townhouse complex and have no garage. I only have two assigned parking spaces. Keeping the car out has been a concern of mine lately but I have already put nonrefundable $2500 deposit on M5. It is in production now and supposedly arriving mid December. My only alternatives are leave it out in one of my assigned space and hope for the best or keep it in my parents garage (2 miles away) during inclement weather. It has been such a concern that I have considered moving down to an Audi S4 or Mustang GT until I get a house with a garage but I would hate to lose the deposit. I should have thought about this when I bought the condo a year ago. Anybody have any suggestions?
