That price is not out of line. Your miles are not that high for a 2000 and if the car is in very good shape your asking price is fine.
I have recently seen M5s with 30000 miles go for $60000 so your car should certainly go for a little more than that.
Stay strong. Its a tough market to sell any high end car in but it doesnt mean you should de-value your vehicle unless you absolutely have to get rid of it immediately.
