Please don't consider this spamming, I'm not adverstising, I'm simply a BMW owner like yourself who is an avid racing spectator and enthusiast.

Incase you haven't realized, Speedvision (soon to be Speed Channel thanks to FOX) has recently announced that it will be creating NASCAR TV.

NASCAR TV is supposed to be a channel within a channel. What that means to you is starting in February, Speedvision will be showing NASCAR programming from 3pm-12am Monday-Friday. Yes folks, that means that after 3pm during the week, Speedvision will technically be NASCAR TV. They will no longer be showing shows like Autoweek, Motorvision, WRC, Legends of Motorsports, and your other favorite shows during this time period.

Here are some quotes from the Speedvision website:
Available in 45m homes, NASCAR TV on SPEED Channel
will provide NASCAR fans with an unprecedented,
dedicated block of NASCAR-related programming.
NASCAR TV will augment the hundreds of hours of
NASCAR Winston Cup and NASCAR Busch Series racing
and related programs already slated for telecast on
FOX, FX, Fox Sports Net and NBC/TNT. Come
February, NASCAR TV will air between 3:00 p.m. and
Midnight ET on weekday afternoons and evenings.

"It's fair to say that from this point forward, that due
to its amazing popularity, NASCAR programming will
drive the SPEED Channel,"
