both. I have an A6 and a 528, both have similar HP. They are completely different cars to drive. Not even close. I'd be the first to admit that my 5 series drives better in many respects than the A6. But if you think you can out perform a Quattro with like HP on a wet track you need to smoke some more crack. Ain't gonna happen, and your only kidding yourself. My 528 is a great car, but it sucks in the snow and rain(and I'd imagine your 540's even worse.
