It's just a little plastic clip. When you run the seat all the way forward, you should be able to see it from the back seat. The dealer had forgotten to remove it from mine but the salesman knew about it and pulled it out when I noticed the seat wouldn't go far enough back.

Someone mentioned a clip at the dealer but didn't know for sure. I thought it was strange that only one was removed.
