Does anyone know what model year is tentative for the M5 HP increase? I though I heard somewhere that 430 HP would be offered. Is this correct?

I am looking at used M5s now and would like to find out what the future has in store...

Talking to the guys at DesignWorks (BMW design arm) in So Calif, they suggested that a new 5 would be out in 2003 but because of the many factors that could be pushed to 2004, the M usually follows by a year or two. You do the math. I was just back at he Performance Center a month ago and they thought the new M5 could go as much as 500+ bhp
