I have an 00 with aluminum trim but would not be interesting in a trade. I just wanted to make sure you are aware that there are some problems with the aluminium finish peeling. For some reason, BMW decided not to use real aluminum for this component.

I have already had the gear shifter, parking brake handle, and center console replaced. The trim looks great, but can be somewhat problematic.
