I saw an Alpine white/Caramel in Munich when I picked up my car - i'm sorry i didn't get it for myself. I have a carbon/caramel 01 M5. I love the caramel interior, but you need to be careful with the very light caramel floor mats!! You will need to Lexol clean the seats (drivers seat at least) every 60-90 days to keep them looking new if you use the car daily.
