I hate selling a car privately - you seem to attract people from another planet that seem to think that confrontation is the best way to cut a deal. Not for me. I sold my last one to carmax. Given your car - I'd be tempted to put it on consignment or there's always ebay.

BTW - what did the dealers come up with on trade?
